Rafah – A 20-year-old Palestinian youth was wounded on Sunday when an IOF shell blasted near his home in the vicinity of Soufa crossing east of the Rafah district, south of the Gaza Strip, medical sources reported.
They said that Oda Al-Dabari was hit with shrapnel of that shell and that his condition was moderate.
In Qarara town north of Khan Younis district, IOF tanks continued firing shells at residential quarters spreading panic in lines of women and children.
Locals said that the shelling blocked farmers from heading to their farmlands.
In a nearby area in Khan Younis, IOF tanks advanced into Abul Ajeen to the east of Deir Al-Balah city and fired a number of shells during the incursion.
For its part, the armed wing of the PFLP Sunday took the credit for firing and hitting an IOF soldier while standing atop of his tank in Abul Ajeen area.
